We may collect information you submit through contact, Gospel response, journey, volunteer and counselling request forms, such as your name, contact details, country, preferred contact method and message.
2. Sensitive support information
Counselling and support requests may include sensitive personal information. Access should be limited to authorised ministry administrators and approved care personnel who need the information to respond.
3. How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, route support requests, provide ministry resources, manage registrations and improve ministry services.
4. Sharing and safeguarding
Personal information should not be sold. It may be shared with trusted service providers or approved ministry personnel where necessary, subject to appropriate confidentiality and safeguarding practices.
5. Retention and security
The ministry should retain information only as long as needed and use suitable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children
Forms directed to children should require appropriate parent or guardian involvement and must follow applicable safeguarding and privacy requirements.
