Trust & safety

Safeguarding is
part of ministry.

We are committed to protecting children, teenagers, families, vulnerable people and everyone who requests care.

01

Safe participation

Future programmes for children and teenagers should use age-appropriate consent, parent or guardian involvement and approved supervision.

02

Care boundaries

Pastors, mentors and counsellors should work within approved roles, referral pathways and clear professional boundaries.

03

Private information

Sensitive form submissions must be restricted to authorised people and retained only as long as necessary.

04

Reporting concerns

A formal reporting route and designated safeguarding contact can be added when appointed. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.

Policy-ready architecture

Prepared for formal safeguards.

This page can later include approved safeguarding policies, codes of conduct, consent forms, reporting procedures, designated contacts and jurisdiction-specific guidance.
